On a multilingual site like LT I would be all for restoring the Russian spelling, but the general convention is to stick to official booklets or other more or less reliable sources (official videos with lyrics and suchlike).
A footnote explaining the origin of this bizarre "padaschdi" would be a nice touch.
I sure would remove the Russian language tag. It will only annoy Russian translators, getting requests just for one word already translated in the very title :)
I'd like to thank the committer of the lyrics for listening to my request.
What concerns a footnote for the "padaschdi", there's really not much to it. It basically means Russian "подожди" ("wait" in English and "warte" in German), verb, imperative mood, singular. It should also be noted that its German spelling is inadequate. There is no corresponding sound for "Ж" in German, except maybe for the sound in some loanwords such as "J" in "das Journal". In English there's a more precise way to convey the above sound, using the digraph "zh".
Oh, I also just noticed there's a misspeling "Möven" in the third line. Should be "Möwen".
I'd also decapitalise "Padaschdi" to correspond German rules of capitalisation. It's a verb. So if it's repeated, after a comma it should be "padaschdi".

The thing is, I think, you should change the name to "Warte auf mich (Padaschdi)" (that's how the name goes on spotify) or "Warte auf mich" (going by the picture of the album on the official site). I'd also exclude Russian from the languages list of the song because there is only one word in Russian and it's written wrong because there's no corresponding sound in German. Or you should also change the lyrics to "Подожди/подожди" instead of each "Padaschdi" which is not exactly the way he sings it.
I'd really just rename it to "Warte auf mich (Padaschdi)" and leave Russian out of the language list. Latinisation of just one word in the name is just useless.
