Nice translation but, I think, it requires a few corrections. Let me suggest:
1. First two verses - Separate "hey look". The error is in the original.
"...and I want YOU to look..."/"because IT IS for you"
2. Next stanza - "TO be honest"/ "YOU, inspiration (the inspiration), Me/I, my song".
3. Second stanza - "TO be brave/ not to be afraid (no "do")
(All this depends on the line "Now I can see what it is worth")
4. In the third stanza, I think you should say, "THE strength, THE heart".
5. In number 5, "now feel in me the energy..."
6. Next to last - "Today I have decided to be like this"/ "take my chances and say YES" (?) (period)/ I prefer your smile TO the bad mood"/ "a dreaming kiss I want".
