I would advice you to fill some information into your profile - at least about the languages that you speak (native, fluent and those that you have studied or that you study).
Take your time to check the Site Rules and FAQ - you’ll find them on top of the site on the top bar under “Help”.
And if you have a problem just write a PM to any moderator that is active at the moment on the site.
