One thing I honestly don't get in the original - מביא לו. Who "him"? [@LenaPt] ?
Because 'תותחים" is totally slangy I would go more informal in the translation, e.g. "crazy fast"

Could he mean that "your" presence makes the city smell better, "you bring to him" that was what i thought.

"Cool" is not as strong as "крутой" but close enough. "Kрутой" has a strong shade of "impressive" ( but in an informal way) . "Badass" would be
a good choice.
