:glasses: Hi zaza77! Happy Anniversary! It had been 3 years since you posted your English translation of this song!
Love your translation. You made it possible for me to get started on my version of English translation of this song. I know some French, but my knowledge is nowhere close to where I could translate directly from French. For that reason I will reference you as source. My version will be quite different though. At first, I was thinking of making suggestions for you, but there turned out to be too many... I think you did a good job as it is. Thank you very much! :-)
8) The legendary people mentioned in the beginning of this song:
Buffalo Bill:

Pancho Villa:

John Wayne, Robert Redford and Paul Newman probably do not need introduction to any one in my generation, but they may require an introduction for the next generation folks, perhaps? I can just say that I disagree with the original lyricist - they exist as legends, and were very real at the time this song was written. They are still very real to a lot of people (my generation and a decade or two older, hopefully, to the younger folks as well)!
Thank you!
The remarks are gladly accepted.
